Will supports the deal teams at Ciesco throughout the entire transaction lifecycle, starting from the initial sourcing of transactions all the way to their successful execution.

Will supports seamless deal execution by leveraging his experience in financial and market analysis, meticulous deal documentation, and thorough research. Will has worked on Ciesco transactions across the Healthcare, Software and Media space globally. Beyond his involvement in deal execution, Will actively contributes to Ciesco’s Origination and Market Intelligence efforts, with a specific focus on the healthcare and software sectors.

Prior to joining Ciesco, Will honed his skills and knowledge as an Equity Research Analyst at Stifel Europe in Paris. Will’s multidimensional skill set enables him to navigate the complex landscape of M&A transactions with precision and speed.

Will holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Sussex. Beyond his professional pursuits, Will embraces his passion for sports. As an avid sports fan, he can often be found at Stamford Bridge, passionately supporting his local football team, Chelsea FC. Additionally, he enjoys actively participating in 5-a-side football. When he’s not immersed in sports, Will values spending quality time with friends.
