During his tenure at AudioBoom, David held a pivotal role as a full board member, overseeing financial strategy and reporting. He played a crucial part in leading two successful public funding rounds. Furthermore, he skilfully navigated the complexities of an M&A deal, overcoming takeover panel challenges to secure a successful outcome. David’s exceptional business partnering skills have consistently delivered excellent commercial results throughout his career.
