Aika spearheads the origination and execution of M&A transactions at Ciesco, including recent deals across Software, Healthcare Services and Digital Services.

Aika has been with Ciesco for 7 years and has established herself as a trusted advisor, working closely with clients from diverse sectors and global geographies, including deals completed across key regions such as the US, UK, DACH, and Benelux. Her recent transactions include the sale of Element34, an automated testing software provider, to Banyan Software, the sale of Cognite, a specialist healthcare agency, to Vespa Capital and the buy-side work with Serviceplan Group, with the acquisition of Pereira O’Dell, a digital creative specialist based in San Francisco and New York.

With a strong Corporate Finance and Accounting background and an extensive grasp of various sectors, Aika brings a comprehensive understanding that informs and enhances the M&A process. Her strong project management skills ensure that transactions are executed precisely and with attention to detail. Aika’s dedication to her clients helps them confidently navigate complex situations and achieve their desired outcomes.

Aika, originally from Kazakhstan and having made the UK her home 15 years ago, possesses an inherent international mindset that greatly enhances her M&A deal-making capabilities. Her multicultural background brings a valuable perspective to the table, enabling her to navigate cross-border transactions with ease and adaptability.

Aika holds Accounting, Finance and Business Management degrees from the London School of Economics and King’s College London.
