Ciesco launches its annual Global M&A Review in the Technology, Digital, Media & Marketing sectors

We are delighted to present our 2022 Global M&A Review & 2023 Outlook, which launched on Tuesday, 31st January 2023 in association with Bird & Bird, a leading international law firm headquartered in London. The afternoon/early evening event marked our first event back after a 3 year hiatus due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and brought together practitioners and stakeholders from across the Technology, Digital, Media & Marketing sectors in the M&A industry, including a fantastic mix of leaders from independents and corporates, consultancies, financial investors, and entrepreneurs.
A diverse of speakers from various fields provided first-hand accounts and profound insights into the events of 2022, offering a glimpse into the landscape of 2023. They engaged in discussions about overcoming challenges in the global M&A market, delving into crucial topics such as sectors of interest for Private Equity in 2023, the barriers that will front the Data & Technology sector, and the evolution from ‘data vs. creativity’ to ‘data-inspired creativity’.
We also heard from Keynote Speaker David Wheldon, who discussed key trends and a forecast for Marketing in 2023, followed by a panel discussion involving leading industry figures and an interactive Q&A with the audience.
We revealed our key insights and trend analysis, as well as our outlook for the sectors. All guests at the event were provided with a hard copy of Ciesco’s 2022 Global M&A Review and 2023 Outlook – a digital copy is available to download from our website here.
