London, 10th October 2023 – We are thrilled to welcome Matt Bruun to the Ciesco team as Senior Advisor. He will work with the team as a Technology & Software sector specialist and a Strategy advisor.
Matt joins us with an impressive background and a proven track record in the industry, with over 25 years of dedicated service in the dynamic Technology & Software sector. Matt’s exceptional track record includes his latest role as SVP EMEA for Sauce Labs, a global automated testing solutions provider. There, he was responsible for the leadership of the full EMEA GTM (go-to-market) team and aligning that to the customer journey – from marketing and business development, through sales and solution engineering (enterprise, commercial & self-service models), to implementation services and customer success, resulting in significant improvement in the EMEA performance and efficiency.
Before his tenure at Sauce Labs, Matt held senior leadership positions at Forcepoint and Symantec, global cybersecurity corporations. He also contributed his expertise as CRO at Brightpearl, a leading SaaS-based retail management system, later acquired by Sage in 2021.
Matt’s core competencies revolve around shaping and executing effective strategies, aligning teams with the customer journey, and recruiting and developing top-tier talent. His experience and track record showcase a talent for driving sales execution, fostering GTM innovation, and ultimately elevating revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
With Matt’s extensive experience, strategic perspective and practical knowledge, he will be an invaluable asset to Ciesco clients. Whether clients find themselves in the early stages of business development or are more mature, seeking fresh business development opportunities, Matt’s guidance will prove instrumental.
Matt holds a Degree in English, History and Media Studies from the University of Portsmouth.
