Ciesco advises McCann Worldgroup on the sale of Craft Oslo. The business was acquired by I&F Grupa, based in south-eastern Europe, and will retain a relationship with McCann Worldgroup through an affiliate status, as part of I&F McCann Grupa.
Ciesco acted as the exclusive financial advisor to McCann Worldgroup.
